Terms & Ordering Information

Using the MYSHA COSMETICS catalogue

Browse product photographs and descriptions to choose items for an enquiry. Product packaging may show different presentations or outer cartons; confirm the exact item, pack size and quantity before ordering.

Buy Now and WhatsApp orders

Buy Now opens the website checkout and saves your product, quantity, contact details and delivery address under a numeric order number. The thank-you page, order tracking and invoice use that order number. Products without a displayed price remain pending until we contact you to agree price, availability and delivery. No payment is collected for an unpriced order.

Select WhatsApp Order, review the prepared message and send it to 01953810239. Opening the link alone does not place an order. The current price, availability, payment arrangements and delivery charge are confirmed in chat before you agree to proceed.

Product information

Read the directions and precautions on the supplied product label. Contact us if you need clarification about a product before purchase.

Order assistance

For order changes, delivery questions, or damaged or incorrect items, reply in your order conversation. See our Delivery & Returns page for contact arrangements.
