Send your delivery area with your WhatsApp enquiry. We will confirm coverage, the delivery charge and the expected dispatch time before you confirm the order.
Order changes and returns
Contact us in your order conversation if you need to change or cancel an order. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, send the order details and clear photographs so we can review it with you.
Please ask about return and exchange eligibility before ordering. Keep the original packaging and do not send an item back until return arrangements have been confirmed.
